Hello, Talisman Codes — Why I'm Building This Game
Where It All Starts
I've been telling myself "I'll make a game someday" for years. Game development always felt like too much — too many moving parts, too many things to learn at once. So I kept putting it off.
That changes now.
Talisman Codes
The game is called Talisman Codes — a cyberpunk oriental fantasy card battle game. I'm building it with Godot, leaning heavily into vibe coding: letting intuition and momentum drive development rather than overthinking every decision upfront.
The goal is simple: actually ship it.
Why This Blog
I'm documenting everything as I go — the progress, the mistakes, the weird detours. Partly to stay accountable, partly to share what I'm learning, and hopefully to connect with people who are into the same kind of thing.
If a cyberpunk card game with runic aesthetics and glitch energy sounds interesting to you, stick around.
Let's build something.
