Refund Policy

Our refund terms for credits and generation are as follows.
1. Used Credits & Output
Credits deducted for a generation and the resulting images are non-refundable, because the service is rendered immediately and real costs are incurred.
2. Unused Credits
Within 14 days of purchase and if the purchased credits are largely unused (e.g., less than 10% used), you may request a refund of the remaining credits, subject to review.
3. Automatic Refund on Failure
If a generation fails due to a technical error, the credits deducted for that generation are automatically refunded (restored).
4. Immediate Access & Right of Withdrawal
Credits and generation are digital content that begins immediately upon payment. You consent to immediate performance at checkout, and the right of withdrawal may be limited for content already provided or used (digital content exceptions under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Korean e-commerce law).
5. Payments & Disputes
Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. For refunds or payment disputes, please contact support first and we will resolve them promptly.
