Terms of Service

Talisman Codes is a credit-based web tool that uses AI to generate and post-process character images (key art, expressions, poses, background removal, and more).

Features and models may be improved or changed without prior notice.

You must be at least 14 years old; minors require consent from a legal guardian. Purchases may only be made by users with a valid payment method in their own name.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

Generation features use prepaid credits, deducted per generation based on the model. Credits are not cash or a deposit and are non-redeemable.

Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Talisman Codes does not claim ownership of output you lawfully generate, and you may use it for commercial purposes.

You must hold the necessary rights to any reference images and prompts you provide, and you are responsible for not infringing the rights of others.

The license of the underlying model also applies (e.g., output may contain an invisible watermark such as SynthID). Due to the nature of AI, similar output may be generated for other users, so uniqueness is not guaranteed.

You may not generate or use content that is illegal, infringing (copyright, likeness, trademark), sexualizes minors, impersonates or deepfakes real people without consent, or is hateful, violent, harassing, or deceptive.

You may not reverse engineer the Service, perform automated bulk calls/scraping, bypass security, remove watermarks, or resell the raw API.

The Service relies on third parties including fal.ai (generation), Polar (payments), Supabase (storage & auth), Resend (email), and Google (sign-in & analytics). Their terms also apply.

Rights in the Service itself (software, design, trademarks, logo) belong to Talisman Codes or its licensors.

The Service is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of output. AI may produce inaccurate or unexpected results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via in-service notice or email. You may close your account at any time, and we may restrict or terminate access for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts designated by applicable law.
