What are credits?+

Prepaid points used for generation. Each generation deducts a set amount per model; top up to use them.

What happens if a generation fails?+

If it fails due to a technical error, the credits for that generation are automatically refunded (restored).

Can I use my images commercially?+

Yes. You may use lawfully generated output for commercial purposes. See the Terms of Service for details.

Do you offer refunds?+

Used credits are non-refundable, but you may request a refund of largely unused credits within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.

Is payment secure?+

Payments are processed securely by Polar as Merchant of Record, and your card details are not stored by us.
